A fee will be associated with all requested Network Connectivity Changes affecting the operability of SONIFI’s product(s). Once submitted, our team will be in touch with you to confirm the scope of the changes and provide the specific Network Change Fee at that time.

• Must not be firewalled or filtered
• Cannot be an RFC-1918 private unroutable IP address that is masqueraded, spoofed, or translated
• Address must be static
• Cannot be a DHCP “sticky” IP address
• Addresses not supported:
– Addresses that begin with 10
– Addresses that begin with 192.168
– Addresses that begin with 172.16-31
