TV5MONDE introduces three streaming channels to over 275,000 hotel rooms in partnership with SONIFI
LOS ANGELES (May 11, 2026) – TV5MONDE, the world’s leading French-language media company, today announced that its free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channels is now distributed to over 275,000 upscale and luxury hotel rooms in North America. This is the result of a new distribution deal with the hospitality industry’s leading guest engagement technology provider SONIFI.
Now available in select luxury and full-service hotel rooms across major and independent brands are TV5MONDE Chefs (food), TV5MONDE Info (news), and TV5MONDE Voyage (travel), with French language premium programming for all three channels subtitled in English.
- TV5MONDE Chefs takes you on a culinary journey with globally acclaimed chefs, exploring the stories, heritage and artistry behind every dish. Discover food destinations around the world and meet those passionate about preserving the diverse culinary heritage and ecosystem. - TV5MONDE Info delivers the latest daily news and international affairs programs produced by the TV5MONDE news team, as well as newscasts from its partner stations, including TV5 Québec Canada, Radio-Canada, Télé-Québec, France Télévisions, RTS, RTBF and TV Monaco. Popular shows include 64 minutes, L’Invité, Objectif Monde, and more.
- V5MONDE Voyage connects viewers to the latest international lifestyle trends and cultures. Premium series such as #version française, Démo de mode and Tendance XXI delve into top trends in travel, fashion, and design.
