Ahmad Ouri
Chief Executive Officer
Ahmad Ouri is Chief Executive Officer for SONIFI Solutions, Inc., leading a culture of innovation and growth for the company’s hospitality, healthcare, and commercial verticals.
Since taking the role in 2015, Ahmad has positioned SONIFI as a technology partner of choice for thousands of customers worldwide, and an industry leader in providing integrated, scalable solutions and unparalleled professional services.
Prior to joining SONIFI, Ahmad held executive roles for Technicolor—including CEO of the out-of-home advertising business, CMO, and CTO—as well as business leadership roles at global conglomerate Philips Electronics.
Roy Kosuge
Chief Operating Officer
As SONIFI’s Chief Operating Officer, Roy Kosuge oversees the organization’s commercial and operational functions, including sales, marketing, implementations, and service. Roy joined SONIFI in 2016, previously serving as Chief Commercial Officer and SONIFI Health General Manager.
Prior to SONIFI, Roy was a principal at Syncom Venture Partners, head of operations for Happiest Baby, and worked in strategic planning and corporate development positions at Universal Music Group and AT&T.
Todd McHenry
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Todd McHenry has led SONIFI’s legal department as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2016.
Todd previously held legal leadership roles at DTZ Global, DaVita, Raley’s, and the Walt Disney Company in Japan and U.S.
Earlier in his career, he practiced with the global law firm White & Case and was an adjunct professor of law in Japan.
Drew Hauflaire
SVP Finance
As Senior Vice President of Finance, Drew Hauflaire oversees SONIFI’s financial planning, analysis, and revenue management.
Prior to joining SONIFI, Drew held corporate finance roles with Caesars Entertainment and SBEs, building expertise in financial budgeting and forecasting, capital project evaluations, and business optimization.
Kara Heermans
SVP Product Management & User Experience
Kara Heermans leads SONIFI’s product strategy for existing and future products, overseeing the design, development, and user experience of SONIFI’s technology suite, driving innovation across its features, capabilities, and value to the market.
Kara joined SONIFI in 2005, serving as Multimedia Manager and Director of Interactive Design before her current role as Senior Vice President of Product Management and User Experience.
Paul Johnson
SVP Strategic Accounts & Internet Services
Paul Johnson oversees SONIFI’s internet business growth and strategies, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Paul joined SONIFI (then LodgeNet) in 1996 with extensive experience in engineering, product management, and sales. He has since served in several roles that align the business needs of SONIFI’s partners with the ever-changing landscape of technology, leading to his current role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Internet Services.
Shad Lowin
SVP Accounting
As Senior Vice President of Accounting, Shad Lowin oversees SONIFI’s accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
Shad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 30 years of experience. Shad has a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, controllership, systems implementations, and process improvement, previously holding leadership roles with public accounting and Fortune 500 companies.
