Chief Operating Officer Roy Kosuge recently chatted with Canada’s Western Hotelier magazine about the evolution of in-room entertainment.

“In the past six months we partnered with LG to provide embedded casting, and this is already in use in a number of high-end hotels. We’re also working with another major brand to expand our embedded casting offerings.”

“We’ve been studying how to leverage the TV beyond guest satisfaction: specifically, we’re determining different ways it can drive revenue for the hotelier. Late checkout is one capability that we have already deployed; upcoming will be the integration of loyalty experiences.”
